Reliable control
AURORA is a software is used for manual and automatic control of the tracker system. It calculates the position of the sun astronomically based on the location data, longitude, latitude and time. With the help of the configuration data and the virtual height compensation. Wind and weather data always have priority to ensure safe operation of the system.
Accurate logging and error correction
Intelligent monitoring
All monitored errors and warnings are displayed in a special window and written to an error log text file on the hard drive. If an internet connection is available, an email can be sent with the error log text file. Corrected errors can be reset remotely by AURORA. All monitoring is provided by a Modbus TCP / IP server for external SCADA systems. AURORA supports backtracking algorithms to avoid PV panel shading.

Position commands
Depending on the calculated position of the sun, AURORA sends set position commands to the tracker controller via the bus system. The tracker controllers are monitored by reading the status of the controller via the bus system. If necessary, a sensor box is monitored. Depending on the sensor box sensor values and the safe position inputs, the tracker controllers receive safe position commands from the AURORA software. A graphic display of the current position of the tracker and its range of motion enables the user to easily compare the correct alignment of the trackers on site.
